Service Description
These classes are 2-hour weekly sessions for 8 weeks. The course consists of the following: Providing parents with simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, to confidently manage their children’s behavior, which may prevent problems from developing.

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees: 1. No-Show Fees: If you miss an appointment without giving any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for that appointment. 2. Late Cancellation Fees: To avoid a fee, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a $25 fee. 3. For recurring courses, once the fee is paid, it is your responsibility to sign in and attend the online sessions on the appointed day and time. 4. If you miss 2 sessions, you will be removed from the course and will need to start over, including the initial fee.
