A Parent Partner is an individual, typically a parent with lived experience navigating the child welfare system or other similar support systems, who provides peer support, mentorship, and advocacy to other parents facing similar situations. They act as a resource and advocate, helping parents understand their rights, access services, and participate more fully in decision-making related to their children's care.
